We improve everyday life with MNIS

The European Union has established the objective of falling below 10% (of total waste) of the percentage of landfill disposal in the next 14 years, in Italy today we are at 20%. The MNIS® project is consistent with this goal.

The European Union has set the goal of reducing by 2030 its greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% in comparison with 1990 levels and of achieving climate neutrality by 2050. With the European climate law, these targets are binding on the EU and its Member States.

MNIS project is perfectly consistent with these two objectives. Moleeco plants can be considered «proximity plants» in line with the EU directive for the treatment of waste in the same area where it is produced, with zero emissions. MNIS plants have a variable capacity, starting from a few tons per day up to approximately 50 – 70 tons/day of any type of waste, therefore they could make a community of up to 50,000 equivalent inhabitants potentially autonomous, over an area of about 1,500 m2.

MNIS promotes the formation of «WASTE COMMUNITIES» and could potentially reset the variable rate of the TARI (waste tax) for private individuals and producers of assimilable waste.
